Article 9 (Suspension of use of personal information, etc. )
1. If the user requests the suspension of use or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information because the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use in violation of the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, or because the information was obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
