[1] Exchange/return/cancellation
Generally, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed, except when the item is out of stock. We inspect and manage the quality of our products with the utmost care, but in the unlikely event that a defective product or an incorrect product is delivered, please contact us viathe inquiry form on the site within 7 days of receiving the product .
Please note that we will not accept any inquiries after that.
[2] Details of the defective product
Please contact us via the inquiry form on the website or email address regarding the defective product. We will not respond to defective products via DMs on shop SNS such as Instagram.
In addition, we will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases. Thank you for your understanding.
1. Regarding frayed threads: If there are frayed threads on the product, this does not mean that the product is defective, so we ask that you simply cut off the frayed threads with scissors and continue using the product as is.
2. Regarding the material, if there are no issues with the quality or characteristics of the product, such as a smell or pilling, then it is not a defective item, and we ask that you continue to use it as is.
3. Regarding color, the color and texture of the product may look different depending on your monitor settings. For products with completely different colors, we will exchange or refund the product, so please check Note 4 and contact us.
[3] Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
- Items that have had tags or tags removed, or that have been used

- Products that we determine to be ineligible after checking the video recording during inspection
*If you find that the packaging is crushed or dirty, please contact customer service immediately without opening the product. We will instruct you to return the product in the same condition.
[4] Shipping fees for returns and exchanges
1. When returning a product, if the product is defective or faulty due to our shop's fault, we will cover the shipping costs for exchange or return.
[5] Refund and return procedures
1. Refund amount The amount to be refunded will be the full amount actually paid by the customer. If you paid using a coupon or discount, the discounted amount will be refunded.
2. About the return address We will inform you of the return address specified by our shop by email, so please return the product. Refund procedures will be completed within one week after the arrival of the product is confirmed. In addition, we will contact you by email after the refund procedure is completed.
