Regarding delivery
For all items, the product name or pre-order item description will state the deadline, such as [Delivery within one week]. Items purchased between 1/25 and 2/5 marked [Shipping in early February] will be shipped in early February due to the outsourced delivery factory being on holiday. Please note this in advance. Items will be delivered within the number of days stated after payment is completed. Returns and exchanges

The payment method can be confirmed on MyPaidy after the billing amount is finalized on the 1st of each month, and on the billing information sent between the 1st and 3rd of each month. Please pay at a convenience store or by bank transfer by the 10th according to the payment method listed. (Note: Payments at convenience stores can only be made in cash.) For those who have registered for direct debit, the billing amount will be automatically debited on the 12th of each month (or the next business day if the bank is closed).
